Mix your strawberries until you have a soft and smooth mixture (no sugar needed here).
Then crumble your sponge fingers into bite-sized pieces. Mix the mascarpone with a little bit of milk until it is smooth and easy to fill into the glasses later (be careful with the milk, it should not be too liquid).

Place your sponge finger pieces into the glasses and soak them with your gin. Go as wild as you like here.
Afterwards fill some of your mascarpone cream on top of the sponge fingers and add some of your strawberry smoothie. Top everything with sponge fingers again, add the gin, the mascarpone cream and the strawberries as previously.
Place the rest of the sponge finger pieces on top and add one spoon of mascarpone.
Now sprinkle some cocoa powder over it and place a strawberry on this tasty little mountain.

This little flavour cracker tastes best when prepared one day before, and it should be taken out of the fridge 20 minutes before you serve it to your guests.
My Strawberry Gin Sin is an absolute winner on every dinner and party and I guarantee you tons of compliments on this actually pretty easy dessert.
Now Christmas Eve can come I guess!!!
